Which plan should I choose?

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time credit pack?

Accepted Answer

A subscription renews monthly or yearly and includes recurring credits plus the plan's concurrent-task limit. A one-time pack does not renew and only adds credits. All generations are private by default. Eligible image outputs are watermark-free under the current subscription or credit-pack rules; video outputs are not covered by this watermark benefit.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly plans are charged each month. Yearly plans charge the annual amount upfront and include the discount shown on the page. In both cases, subscription credits are issued monthly rather than all at once.

How many generations does each plan include?

Accepted Answer

Counts shown on the plan cards are estimates based on the displayed example models and settings. Actual usage varies by model, task, resolution, video duration, output count, and input media. The exact credit cost is shown before submission.

Do credits expire or roll over?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits are issued monthly, expire on the date shown in your credits page, and do not roll over. Signup and check-in credits have separate expiry dates. Separately purchased one-time credit packs do not expire.

Are generations private, watermark-free, and commercially usable?

Accepted Answer

All generations are private by default. Watermark benefits apply only to image outputs: subscriptions include watermark-free image outputs, while a one-time credit pack qualifies when its balance covers the full generation cost. Commercial use depends on your rights to the source material, applicable provider or platform policies, and our Terms of Service; purchasing a plan or credit pack does not grant rights you do not already have.

Do subscriptions renew automatically, and how do I cancel?

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while your membership normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or change billing intervals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades and monthly-to-yearly changes normally take effect immediately, with the payment provider calculating any prorated difference. Downgrades and yearly-to-monthly changes normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. The confirmation screen shows the timing, renewal amount, and credit changes before you approve.

Are credits returned when a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Eligible system or provider failures return the deducted credits while preserving their original expiry. A queued or processing task is not yet considered failed, so avoid duplicate submissions and contact support if it remains unresolved.

Question 10

What if my payment is pending, my benefits are missing, or I need a refund?

Accepted Answer

If payment is still being confirmed, keep the result page open and do not pay again. Benefits are normally activated automatically after confirmation. Contact support if the status does not update. Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, local law, and whether credits or outputs have been used; an approved refund may revoke the related membership benefits and credits.
